  • A payment of 100% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment is due 15 days before departure.
  • Payments can be made via online payment gateway, payment link.

2. Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests for changes must be made in writing.
  • We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for changes.
  • Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

4. Liability

We act as an agent for third-party suppliers and are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from their services.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health and visa requirements for their destination.

6. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately to our representative. If not resolved, please submit a written complaint within 14 days of your return.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
