1. Cancellations by You

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or accept a credit note.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.

  • No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
